13th All India Painting, Cartoon, Greeting Card making and Photography Competition 2024
Respected Art Teacher / Principal,
It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that with your great support and cooperation, we have successfully completed 12 years of competition and entered into the 13th year.
We are thankful to you for your support and encouragement that you have extended all these years. This year too we expect the same.
You are requested to extend your valuable co-operation by encouraging maximum number of students to participate in our competition.
This year the cash prizes for the Art teachers is been increased to 4 to 5 times compare to previous 11 years.
GUIDE LINES
1. We request you to make the announcement about our competition to your school students either during drawing lecture or in the assembly and thereafter display the poster of our competition on your school notice board.

3. Each student can participate in one or more competitions(Painting/Cartoon/Greeting card/Photography) by paying separate entry fees for each competition.
4. Medium:
a. For Painting, Cartoon and Greeting card: Children can use ANY MEDIUM such as water colours, poster colours, acrylic colours, oil pastels, paper quilling, paper cutting, etc.
b. For Photography competition: Hard copy of the photograph shot on mobile camera or digital camera has to be sent.
5. Size:
a. Painting / Cartoon: 11 inches x 15 inches (approx.) or smaller .
b. Greeting Card: Any size and any shape.
c. Photography: Smallest 4 inches x 6 inches and biggest 8 inches x 10 inches.
6. Topic: Participants are free to choose ANY TOPIC in all four competitions.
7. Details to be written on the back of each entry:
a. Name of the participant in ENGLISH language.
b. Std. / Class
c. School Name
d. Mobile Number of participant.
8. Eligibility: The Competition is open for all the students of all the schools / institutions. Each school / institution has to send minimum 30 entries. Entries less than 30 or individual entry will not be accepted.
9. Age Groups: Judging will be done standard wise.
10. Each parcel should contain:
1. Registration Form duly filled up.
2. List of Participants in the following format: (1) Sr. No. (2) Participants' name (3) Std / Class (4) Category (Painting / Cartoon / Greeting Card / Photography)
3. Demand Draft / Cheque OR xerox copy of any proof of payment done through Online Payment (Cash deposit / NEFT/ RTGS) / PAYTM /Google Pay/ PhonePe OR Money Order you can send the screenshot of digital payment through whatsApp
4. Entries of participants.

If you want the certificates with the student's name and school name printed on it: Type the list in Excel in the following format (1) Sr. No. (2) Participants' name (3) Std / Class (4) Category (Painting / Cartoon / Greeting Card / Photography), and send the Excel File through email or WhatsApp. Email: marutiartacademy@gmail.com WhatsApp number: 9427146618.
Instead of preparing Excel file on Computer, if you want to send the names by typing them in mobile phone, then please inform us, in that case, we will provide you Link of Google Form.
Google form will automatically create an Excel file for us. (if you don't understand anything, please call us on 9427146618)
12. How to send the parcel: Parcel should be sent by Courier or Registered Post Parcel or Speed Post to our address.

13. Entry Fees:
Art teacher has to collect Rs. 60/- per entry from the participants.
Art teacher may deduct Rs. 10/- per entry for miscellaneous expenditure and send us Rs. 50/- per entry.
If the entries are less than 30 but more than 20 due to any reason, than the institution will have to collect Rs. 70 from participants, and has to send Rs. 70/- per entry. No Deduction will be applicable.
14. How to send the entry fees:

15. Language of Correspondence: English / Hindi / Gujarati
16. Last date of sending the entries: 31st July 2024 (If there is going to be any delay from your side, then please inform us through call or WhatsApp)
17. Judgement: A panel of expert Art Teachers / Artists will judge the entries. Competition will be event wise, entry of the same std. will be compared with each other. Decision of the judges will be final. Disputes if any, are subject to Bhavnagar Jurisdiction only.
17.18. Delivery of the Medals, Trophies and Certificates: They will be sent to the respective schools / art institutions by 30th Sept. 2024.
20. After you receive the parcel: A humble request to click the winners group photograph and send it to us through Email or WhatsApp for publishing it on our website as well we may also print it in our next year's brochure.
21. The Academy reserves the right to retain all the entries received for the competition and will not be returned

Most Prestigious Award + Rs. 10000 to the Art Teacher if the entries are above 1200
Most Prestigious Award + Gold Medal to the Principal if the entries are above 1200
Most Prestigious Award + Rs. 8000 to the Art Teacher if the entries are above 1000
Most Prestigious Award + Gold Medal to the Principal if the entries are above 1000
Highly Commended Award + Rs. 5000 to the Art Teacher if the entries are above 800
Highly Commended Award + Gold Medal to the Principal if the entries are above 800
Highly Commended Award + Rs. 2500 to the Art Teacher if the entries are above 500

Award of Honour + Rs. 2000 to the Art Teacher if the entries are above 400

Active School Award Certificate
Active School Award wooden framed/leminated Certificate will be awarded to all the Schools
Appreciation Certificate to Class Teachers
It will be awarded to the class teacher who encourages more than 10 students to participate in our competition from his / her class.
