1. According to the Bumber offer, you are giving cash prizes starting from Rs. 5100 to Rs. 51000, now if a teacher changes or gets retired after 2 years, then in that case who will get the cash prize? will anyone get the bumber cash prize ?

Answer: During 5 years even if the drawing teacher changes, but if the school's participation is consistent for 5 years, that is from 2025 to 2029, then both the teachers will get the share of the cash prize. 

lets try to understand with an example: We assume teacher 'X' and teacher 'Y', now teacher 'X' sends more than 500 entries for year 2025 and 2026, after that he or she gets retired. Thereafter  teacher 'Y' takes up the charge and continue sending more than 500 entries in year 2027,2028 and 2029. then in  case Teacher 'X' will get Rs. 20,400  and teacher 'Y' will get Rs. 30,600.


2. I am making my children participate from so many years, then why are you giving us future plans, instead of future, you should give me cash award for my past dedicated service.

Answer: We are already giving cash prize to teachers every year according to the number of entries he or she sends. 

But this year a thought came in our mind that over and above this cash benefit, we should give something more to the art teachers for their dedication and hard work. So we planned a budget for the upcoming 5 years. According to this budget, we will keep aside a specific amount for each school according the number of entries, put this amount in the saving account and award the cash prize at the end of 5 years.

At present it is the starting phase of the competition, so on the spot, we don't have that much fund to award the teachers for their past years work. 


3. If there are more than 1 art teacher, than what about the cash prize ?

Answer: very simple, cash prize will be distributed among them equally. Yearly cash prize which you get every year will also get distributed equally and the bumper cash prize which you receive after 5 years will also get distributed equally. 


4. Have we to conduct the competition in School or we can allow them to do the work at their home ?

Answer: it is as per you wish. 


5. I have just joined the school this year, so i have no idea of how to conduct the competition, can you please explain me as how to conduct the competiton ?

Answer: it is as per you wish. 

If any teacher is new and is conducting the competition for the first time than we will  explain you in detail about how to conduct the competition in your school.

Step 1 Announcement: First of all you have to make an announcement about the competition to the children. 

  • You can make the announcement either in the assembly or 
  • you can make the announcement in each individual class during your drawing lecture.
  • You can also share the information about our competition in your school WhatsApp groups. 

We request you to encourage maximum number of children from your school to participate in this national level competition. 

Step 2 Collection of names and fees from the students who are going to participate: After making the announcement you need to get the names and the entry fees of the students who are willing to participate in this competition from the whole school.

To make this work easy, you can give the work to the captain of each class, the class captains can collect the fees from student willing to participate and note down their names in English Language, and prepare a list in English Language. Please try to avoid spelling mistake.

The list should be in the format given in our brochure. That is Sr. no, Participant’s name, Standard/ Class, Event in which he or she is participating (means Painting, Cartoon, Greeting Card or Photogarphy). This process may go on for a week or so, because children may forget to bring the Fees on the next day of the announcement.

Step 3 Preparing list of participants: After a week you may collect all the lists from each and every captain and from the different lists received from different class captains, you can prepare a final list in English Language the format given in our brochure.

You can prepare handwritten list or you can also prepare computerized list using MS Excel. 

After preparing the final list, you will get the exact idea of how many students are going to participate in this competition. 

Step 4 To conduct the competition: Now it’s time to conduct the competition in your school. For conducting the competition you have few options, from which you may choose the option which is most suitable to you and your school authority.

OPTION 1: The first option that you can conduct the competition on one single day. You can assemble all the children in one single place, it could be a big room such as prayer hall or school ground. and Here they can sit peacefully and do the work in the time limit given to them by you. Smaller children may require less time, while the elder children will require more time, therefore we are not binding you in any time limit, you can choose the time limit according to your choice and ease.  

In conducting the competition, you may take the help of other teachers and class captains. 

During the competition you can also click the photos and send those photos to us and also share them in your school WhatsApp group. 

After the participants completes the work, you can collect the ART WORKS, and arrange them standard wise according to list which you had prepared. Here you can take the help of the class captions and other teachers. 

OPTION 2: Second option is you can conduct the competition standard wise or class wise on the same day or on different days. This is also a good option, here you will get Better classroom management, less crowding, more focused supervision.

During the competition you can also click the photos and send those photos to us and also share them in your school WhatsApp group. 

After the participants completes the work, you can collect the ART WORKS, and arrange them standard wise according to list which you had prepared. Here you can take the help of the class captions.

And later on after the competition is completed in all the classes, you can arrange all the art work according to the final list standardwise

OPTION 3: If the above two options are not possible in your school, then the simplest option is that you can allow the children to do the competition work at home. In this case, you will have to give instructions to the participants that they are not allowed to do any cheating, means they are not allowed to take the help of parents or brother or sister. This is the easiest option of conducting the competition. 

If you conduct the competition this way than you can take the help of class captions in distributing and collecting the papers. Class captions may also be having a list of participants for their class, so they can put a tick mark against the name while distribution and also while collection of the paper. Some children may forget to submit the paper on the next day, some children may remain absent on the next day. This thing is normal. It may take a week or 10 days to collect back of the papers from all the classes. After all the papers are collected you may arrange class wise / standard wise, as per the list you had prepared.

Step 5 Payment of entry fees:  Now as the competition is over in your school, you may fill up the registration form. from the regestriation form you will get the exact amount to be paid. 

You can pay us the entry fees and send us the screen shot of the payment. You can pay us the entry fees online through Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm to 9925106694. Or transfer it online as per our bank details given in the brochure. After doing the online payment you are requested to send us the screenshot on WhatsApp. 

You can also send the entry fees through Money order to our address.

Or you can also pay the entry fees cheque or Demand draft, if you are sending a cheque or demand draft, then you can attach it with the registration form. 

Step 6 Parcel packing and sending:Now it’s the time of packing the parcel and sending it to us.

You are supposed to send registration form, list of participants and all the art work, here you can keep the paintings, cartoons and photographs together according to the list. and greeting cards (standard wise) separate, so that it doesn't get damaged.

You may pack the things properly and send the parcel to us through Courier or Speed post or Register Post parcel.

From these three ways, Register Post parcel is the cheapest way of sending the parcel. 

Step 7 Sending the Excel File of list of participants: 

If you have typed the list in computer, then you are requested to send the Excel file through email or WhatsApp, our email id is rainbowartgujarat@gmail.com and our WhatsApp number is 9427146618.

If you send the excel file to us then there will be no spelling mistake in the names we print on the certificates

If you are sending us handwritten list, then this thing is not applicable to you. in that case, our typist will type the names.
